Altering and subsequently reselling any Love Stitches All products is also prohibited. The use of Love Stitches All handle designs for personal use or resale by any party is not permitted.

Shipping Policy: Love Stitches All exclusively ships to the USA, Canada, and Australia. Please note, Love Stitches All holds no responsibility for missing or mishandled packages caused by USPS or UPS. Once the courier has scanned the package, LSA is not liable for replacing or refunding any order. Shipping options inclusive of insurance are available for purchase during checkout. LSA will not cover the shipping cost of any package returned due to an improper shipping address provided by the customer. Efforts will be made to combine orders if multiple orders are placed by a customer in a day, however, Love Stitches All cannot guarantee this service. Refunds for any remaining shipping costs will be issued for combined orders.

Return/Refund Policy: Love Stitches All will only refund or repair orders in the event of a defective hook upon arrival or if there is an error made by the shop in fulfilling the order. For customers experiencing tight tension during crocheting or using the crochet hook for amigurumi, please note that Love Stitches All is not liable for any dislodged hook at any point in time.

How to Make a Purchase: All crochet hook orders, unless otherwise specified, require TWO listings: the Hook Listing & Handle Listing, to complete the order. Failure to include both listings in the order will result in the shop selecting the size for the customer. Orders that fail to provide a Hook Listing are not eligible for returns or refunds, without exceptions. If multiple crochet hooks are purchased, please contact the shop via Instagram or email (lovestitchesall@gmail.com) to specify how the order should be assembled. Any Ready-2-Ship purchases made alongside a hook order will be shipped when the entire order is assembled.

Turnaround Times: (Not applicable to any orders made on or before January 2024.) The turnaround time from the date of purchase is 4-6 weeks. Failure to meet this timeline permits the customer to request a full refund."
